Most prescriptions may be refilled by calling the office, or by a written or faxed request.   When calling the office you will be transferred into an automated Prescription Refill line; please be prepared to leave the following information at that time:

• Medication
• Strength
• Directions for use
• Quantity requested

Specify if the refill is a mail order or a pharmacy refill (supply pharmacy’s phone number). If applicable, include your insurance prescription plan ID number.

Please allow two working days for your refill to be processed.

If you are sending a written request (or faxing the request) please provide the same information as detailed above.
